Today I'm unboxing a smart scale it's a retro smart scale model ESCS20M. I bought the Renpho Scale on Amazon for $27.99 it had 4800 reviews I'm replacing a scale that we bought five years ago for about $100 so if I get two years out of this scale then I'll be ahead of the game let's see what's in the box this unboxing is a bit of a cheat because I got the scale seven days ago and I've been using it ever since and it's really easy I had no problem instruction booklet advertisement card scale batteries this scale is really cool because it's got a Bluetooth 4.0 built-in so works with your smartphones and it works with your different health apps such as Apple help Google fit and Fitbit to get started all you need to do is download the app onto your phone the scale works with both Android and Apple devices open it up allow notifications if you want choose your language and next you put in the information that it's asking for and you can choose kilograms pounds or s T which means stones I'll choose inches and now we sign up agree to the terms of use and now put in your information so it's gonna communicate with my health app now it's ready to try out my husband has kindly agreed to get on the scale because well I don't really want to and as you can see he's gotten on the scale you have a nice big display here and it automatically communicates with your phone displaying your weight instantaneously and don't worry if you don't have your phone on you or with you or anywhere nearby the scale will remember what your last weight was and the next time your phone is within range it'll automatically sync up it not only measures your weight it goes over and measures your BMI your body fat your fat free body weight body water skeletal muscle muscle mass bone mass protein BMR and your metabolic age and not only that but if you want to know how you're doing on a diet or so on you can hit trends and it will actually chart out how your weight has been fluctuating so you can keep track and you can go through and you can do that for each one of those categories body fat your BMI water and so on I hope you've enjoyed this unboxing and review if you have any questions or comments please leave them below and if you like this video please give it a thumbs up and share it with your friends and be sure to subscribe.
